"If you are moving from out of state and love State Farm, do yourself a favor and call another office. We called and dealt with Nicole who last minute decided that she didn’t want to drive an hour to get pics of the house for State Farm and told me outright, two days before closing. Keep in mind that we are 1000 miles away and can’t go take the pics ourselves. I explained in the past State Farm would do that for me and she acknowledged that it was the agent who needed to do that, but it was too far for her. After her knowing that we were out of state and been dealing with her for days. SHE KNEW THE ADDRESS FROM DAY 1. WOW. Just wow. When I asked to speak to Phil, the owner of the franchise, I was told he was not in and wouldn’t be expected in and I couldn’t have his number or contact info."
